Our licence, how refunds and date changes work, why our groups fly into Jeddah, the new Nusuk food voucher, and how to spot fake Umrah offers.
In short: Diyanat Travels holds travel agency licence DTS-12187, issued by the Government of Punjab. Before you pay, we give you your package in writing, and every payment gets a receipt. Our current Umrah groups all fly into Jeddah, not Riyadh. Never pay an Umrah offer you only saw on TikTok or WhatsApp until you have checked the agency's licence and office.

Our travel agency licence number is DTS-12187, issued by the Government of Punjab. Ask us for a copy on WhatsApp or see it at our office. To check any agency before paying, read our guide to checking a travel agency licence in Pakistan.
Every Umrah package has parts we pay out to others on your behalf: the airline, the Saudi visa through the Nusuk system, and hotels and transport in Saudi Arabia. What we can refund depends on what has already been paid out, and on those suppliers' own rules, which we do not control.
Cancellation refunds are given less our office service charge. The charge is confirmed in writing when you book, so you know it before you pay.
Every promise on this page is about how we deal with you. Flights, visas and rules in Saudi Arabia can change at short notice, and some of those changes are outside any agency's control.
Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) suspended its flights to Riyadh on 9 October 2026 (Arab News). The Pakistan Airports Authority said that “flight operations to Saudi Arabia are continuing as usual” and that PIA had suspended flights only to Riyadh (Geo News). As of 25 October, PIA had not given a date to resume Riyadh flights (The National).
All 280 of our upcoming Umrah groups, as listed on 27 October 2026, fly into Jeddah. Most fly direct; 11 fly via Muscat with SalamAir and 1 via Abu Dhabi with Etihad. Some return from Madinah (6 groups). None flies to or through Riyadh or Dammam. Before you leave for the airport, confirm your flight with us on WhatsApp. For the latest airport and airline news, see our Umrah travel updates.
The News reported on 4 August 2026 that Saudi Arabia “has introduced mandatory Nusuk food vouchers worth around 20 Saudi riyals per day for Umrah pilgrims from four countries, including Pakistan, with the amount to be directly incorporated into the overall Umrah visa fee.” The report said the rule applies from 1 Rabi-ul-Awwal, and that each pilgrim gets a code linked to the visa for meals at approved restaurants (see also Daily Times).
We have not found an official notice from the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah giving the amount, so treat the figure as reported. Ask us whether the food voucher is included in your package before you pay. Hum se poochein on WhatsApp at 0330-3786333.
On 22 October 2026 the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) said it had arrested a suspect in Faisalabad for allegedly defrauding people through a TikTok account advertising visas for Saudi Arabia (Dawn). The NCCIA's director general urged citizens “not to transfer money without verifying visa offers on social media and to immediately report any suspicious account to NCCIA.” The next day, Dawn reported NCCIA arrests in Multan of suspects accused of “impersonating doctors and visa agents” (Dawn). Earlier this year, Dawn reported that the FIA arrested two travel agents in Dinga who were accused of taking money from 76 people for Umrah and issuing fake receipts and air tickets (Dawn, 13 February 2026).

No. PIA suspended its Riyadh flights on 9 October 2026, and the Pakistan Airports Authority said flights to the rest of Saudi Arabia continue. All 280 of our upcoming Umrah groups listed on 27 October 2026 fly into Jeddah, so none of them uses Riyadh.
Pakistani newspapers reported in August 2026 that Saudi Arabia made Nusuk food vouchers mandatory for Umrah pilgrims from Pakistan, India, Egypt and Bangladesh, worth around 20 Saudi riyals per day and added to the Umrah visa fee. We have not seen an official Saudi notice with the amount. Ask us whether it is included in your package (Hum se poochein) on WhatsApp at 0330-3786333.
It depends on what has already been paid out for you. Cancellation refunds are given less our office service charge, which we confirm in writing when you book. Airline tickets follow the airline's fare rules, and visa and hotel costs follow Saudi and hotel rules, which are outside our control. We confirm in writing what can be refunded before you cancel.
Do not send money to an offer you only saw on social media. Check the agency's licence number, visit its office, get the package in writing and pay into an account in the agency's business name. Report a suspicious account to the NCCIA or the FIA.
