Where to Find Your Exact Allowance

Saudia's baggage allowance depends on your route, fare type and cabin class, and the airline updates its rules from time to time. Your exact allowance is printed on your e-ticket — always check it before packing, and ask our team if you're unsure.

Checked Baggage

• Check whether your ticket shows the allowance in pieces (number of bags) or kilograms (total weight).
• If the allowance is in pieces, each bag has its own weight limit — you can't move spare weight between bags.
• Weigh your bags at home, and leave spare weight for the return journey.

Hand Baggage

• Hand baggage has its own size and weight limit, shown on your ticket.
• Keep your passport, visa, tickets, hotel vouchers, medication and valuables in your hand baggage.
• Liquids in hand baggage are restricted — pack toiletries in checked baggage.

Zamzam Water

Airlines, including Saudia, usually allow Umrah passengers to carry Zamzam water home in the official sealed container, often up to 5 litres. It generally cannot be packed inside your suitcase. The rules and any fees can change, so confirm with us before your return flight.
