What Is a Sticker Visa?

A sticker visa is stamped or stuck into your passport by the embassy. You submit your original passport with the application, and it is returned with the visa inside once processing is complete.

Documents Required for the Indonesia Sticker Visa

• Original passport: new and all old passports
• If a previous passport isn't available: the original FIR report with an English translation
• CNIC: photocopy of your valid ID card
• Photograph: passport-size, white background
• Bank statement and account maintenance certificate: last 6 months, with a minimum balance equal to US$1,500 (for visit purposes)
• Business owners: company letterhead and a copy of your business registration certificate (NTN)
• Employees: job letter on company letterhead and 3 months' salary slips
• Chamber of Commerce or business association certificate (optional)
• For a fresh (first) passport: Family Registration Certificate (FRC) and police character certificate

What Is an E-Visa?

An e-visa is applied for online using scanned copies of your documents. You do not hand over your original passport — once approved, the visa is issued electronically. Print a copy and carry it with your passport when you travel.

Documents Required for the Indonesia E-Visa

• Passport scan: first and second pages, with at least 6 months' validity
• CNIC: front and back, clearly scanned
• Photograph: high-resolution passport-size, white background

Tips for a Smooth Application

• Passport validity: make sure your passport is valid for at least six months from your travel date.
• Scan quality: scan in colour, with all four corners visible and no glare.
• Photos: use a recent photo with a plain white background — don't edit or filter it.
• Names: check that your name is spelled exactly as it is in your passport on every document.
• Apply early: leave extra time in holiday seasons.

Requirements can change at short notice. The embassy or immigration authority may ask for additional documents, and every visa is issued at their discretion.

Visa fees are generally non-refundable once an application is submitted, even if the visa is refused.
