What Is an E-Visa?

An e-visa is applied for online using scanned copies of your documents. You do not hand over your original passport — once approved, the visa is issued electronically. Print a copy and carry it with your passport when you travel.

Documents Required for the Nepal Visa

• Original passport
• CNIC: photocopy of your valid ID card
• Four (4) passport-size photographs with a white background

Nepal has one of the shortest document lists of any destination we handle. Make sure your passport has at least six months' validity from your travel date.

Tips for a Smooth Application

• Passport validity: make sure your passport is valid for at least six months from your travel date.
• Scan quality: scan in colour, with all four corners visible and no glare.
• Photos: use a recent photo with a plain white background — don't edit or filter it.
• Names: check that your name is spelled exactly as it is in your passport on every document.
• Apply early: leave extra time in holiday seasons.
