The distances below are approximate and measured to the Haram in Makkah and to Masjid an-Nabawi in Madinah. Your actual walk depends on the building entrance and the gate you use. Room availability changes quickly in peak season, so confirm with our team before you decide.

Sharing vs Room Basis — What It Means

Most economy and mid-range hotels are booked on a sharing basis. You choose a room type (sharing, quint, quad, triple or double), and a larger room means a lower price per person. Room basis hotels are booked as a whole room, which suits families who want their own private room. Quint rooms are limited, so book early if you want one.
