What Is a Sticker Visa?

A sticker visa is stamped or stuck into your passport by the embassy. You submit your original passport with the application, and it is returned with the visa inside once processing is complete.

Documents Required for the Bangladesh Sticker Visa

• Original passport
• CNIC: photocopy of your valid ID card
• Four (4) passport-size photographs with a white background
• For a fresh (first) passport: Family Registration Certificate (FRC) and police character certificate

What Counts as a Fresh Passport?

A "fresh" passport is one with no previous travel history. If this is your first passport, the Family Registration Certificate (FRC) from NADRA and a police character certificate are required — start on these early, as they can take time to obtain.

Tips for a Smooth Application

• Passport validity: make sure your passport is valid for at least six months from your travel date.
• Scan quality: scan in colour, with all four corners visible and no glare.
• Photos: use a recent photo with a plain white background — don't edit or filter it.
• Names: check that your name is spelled exactly as it is in your passport on every document.
• Apply early: leave extra time in holiday seasons.
