Day-by-Day Outline

This is an outline built only from what the package includes. Flight timings, and on which day the bus tour runs, are confirmed with your booking.

1. Day 1 — 25 November 2026: departure. Fly from Lahore, Islamabad or Karachi on your return air ticket. On arrival in Barcelona, a private transfer takes you to Travelodge Barcelona Fira.
2. Days 2–5 — Barcelona. Breakfast at the hotel every morning. One of these days includes the Barcelona Hop-On Hop-Off bus tour; the other days are free for you to explore on your own or rest.
3. Day 6 — return. Breakfast and check-out, then a private transfer to the airport for your flight home.

Spain (Schengen) Visa for Pakistanis

Spain is part of the Schengen area. Pakistani citizens need a Schengen short-stay visa to visit — the European Commission's visa policy page explains that the visa is for stays of up to 90 days in any 180-day period and is generally valid for every country in the Schengen area, now 29 countries. Because Spain is the main (and only) destination on this tour, you apply to Spain. The key points below come from the official sources listed at the end of this page.

Where to apply

Applications go to the Embassy of Spain in Islamabad through its official Spain Visa Application Centre, run by the Embassy's outsourced partner, with centres in Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi. According to the centre's FAQs, you must submit your application in person — applications by post are not accepted — and your fingerprints are taken when you apply.

When to apply

The European Commission says an application must be lodged at least 15 days before travel and no earlier than 6 months before, and you may need to book an appointment first. With a 25 November departure, please contact us as early as possible.

Documents the Embassy asks for

• The signed visa application form.
• A recent colour passport photograph on a light background.
• A passport valid for at least 3 months after you leave the Schengen area, with at least two blank pages, issued within the previous 10 years.
• Travel medical insurance with at least €30,000 cover for the whole stay, valid in the entire Schengen area.
• Documents showing the purpose of your trip, your financial means and accommodation, and that you will return home.

Visa fee and processing time

The European Commission lists the Schengen visa fee as €90 for adults and €45 for children aged 6–12; the Spain visa centre lists children under 6 as free. An additional service fee may apply at visa application centres. This embassy fee is not included in the tour price. The normal processing time is 15 days, which can be extended up to 45 days when a more detailed examination is needed. If an application is refused, the applicant is told why and how to appeal.
